Miami Captures provides professional photography and videography services for real estate, automotive, and commercial clients.
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing and packages may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

Remaining balances are due upon completion or delivery of final work, as stated in your invoice.

Payments can be made via approved methods listed on miamicaptures.net.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or withholding of final files.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may result in additional fees.

5. Portfolio Usage
By booking a session with Miami Captures, you grant permission for us to use photos and videos from your shoot for our portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials.
If you prefer your content not to be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before the shoot or delivery of final files.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when booking a session.

Ensuring the property, vehicle, or subject is ready for photography.

Obtaining necessary permissions for shooting at specific locations.
Miami Captures is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by lack of access, unprepared locations, or inaccurate client information.
7. Image Rights & Delivery

Clients receive digital usage rights for marketing, listings, and promotional use after full payment.

Raw, unedited files remain the property of Miami Captures unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours unless stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care to ensure quality, Miami Captures is not liable for any damages, loss of profit, or data arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use miamicaptures.net for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious software, or to engage in activity that may harm or disrupt the website’s operation or security.
