Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Miami Captures
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable and may incur additional charges. One-time reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice are allowed. Additional reschedules or late requests may be subject to a fee.
Refunds & Delivery

Refunds are not issued once a shoot has taken place or editing work has begun. In rare cases where Miami Captures cancels and cannot reschedule, a full refund of any payments made will be provided. Final deliverables include one round of minor revisions unless otherwise noted; additional edits may incur extra charges. Artistic preferences and missed shots not discussed before the shoot are not valid grounds for a refund.
